What you will learn:

•  Fundamentals of lofting
•  Sharpening boatbuilding edge tools
•  How to assemble and use hand planes and spokeshaves
•  How to use hand saws
•  Fundamentals of steam bending
•  Fundamentals of spar making
•  Creating complex, curved and bent shapes and fitting them to one another
•  Fastening with bronze ring nails and bronze screws
•  How to set up a band saw to do accurate cuts
•  How to use a jointer and a thickness planer to dimension your wood
